Why American Force wheels?
Here at American Force we think bigger is better and it don't get any better then our hot forged aluminum big-rig rims. In addition to the great looks there are some practical benefits. These wheels and tires where built for the sort of use and abuse that over the road commercial operators dish out. You can expect to get anywhere from 4x to 6x more miles from the 16 ply semi tires in our wheel and tire package then your getting from your stock tires. Saving the cost of replacing your tires 4 to 6 times is a pretty substantial savings.

Do the tires come mounted & balanced?

All Direct bolt on Dually wheels comes with tires mounted & balanced ( Direct Bolt On 16", 17" & 19.5" Wheels ).

Dually Trucks 10 Lug Semi Wheel packages comes with tires mounted but not balance, the proper way to balance Semi Wheels with adaptors will be wile mounted on the truck like semi commercial trucks, we recommend to have all 6 tires trued and wheels balanced at the same time for best ride quality, specially with 19.5, 22.5 & 24.5 (14 & 16 ply) tires.

What is tire truing?

Tire truing is the process of making tires perfectly round to the wheel. Most tires are not perfectly round, due to a high spot on the tire. This condition is referred to as out-of-round. By gently shaving the high spot off of the tire, the out-of-roundness is corrected. Tire truing can benefit everyone who has a vehicle by reducing road vibrations, extending the life of a vehicles tires and suspension, and also improving fuel economy.

How about the install on 19.5 ?

How about the install on 22.5 ?

How will using a set up that requires an adapter effect my trucks performance?

Let us put your mind to rest on that issue. The capabilities of your vehicle, whether it be payload in the bed or towing capacity are in no way, shape or form compromised by this set up. As a matter of fact the American Force wheels and American Force adapters payload capacity exceed the capacity of the vehicle.

Quality components in every package we sell:

American Force adapters
CNC machined to our exacting specs from solid steel stock. Precise hub-centric fitments for each application ensures you the best possible ride quality.

Quality Guarantee
Every wheel we sell at American Force Wheels is new and backed with the manufacturers warranty. We sell no refurbished products at American Force.

Advisory
American Force wheels are designed to be used with 1 ton and 3/4 ton trucks. They should never be used on tractor trailer/semi trucks or any truck with a load capacity exceeding that of a stock 1 ton truck.

Fuel Economy

How will our big wheel packages affect your trucks fuel economy? The short answer is you are likely to get better fuel economy on the highway at typical highway cruising speeds of 65 - 80 miles per hour. In stop and go traffic around town you will likely be using more fuel. The bigger tires will move the operating efficiency sweet spot of your gearing towards towards higher speeds compared to your stock 16-17" tire set up.

200,000 Mile Tires

How long do your dually tires last before you start to experience lower performance -35,000 miles, 25,000 miles? Our Big Rig 16 ply 22.5" tires can last up to 200,000 miles! You could spend $4,000 to $7,000 on tire replacements in 200,000 miles with your stock set up. Step up to the big-rig look and never buy another set of tires!

Towing Capacity

Our big wheel packages will not degrade your trucks towing capacity in any way. You can go with Big-Rig, Low Profile or 19.5" Direct Bolt On wheels and be 100% confident that your truck's towing capacity will still perform to factory specs.

Load Capacity

Our big wheel packages will not degrade your trucks load capacity in any way. Big-Rig and 19.5" Direct Bolt On wheels with stock or lifted suspension meet or exceed the load capacities of your truck.

Note: Slamming (lowering) your truck will negatively affect its load capacity. This is a function of the suspension not the wheels.

American Force wheels are designed to be used with 1 ton and 3/4 ton trucks. They should never be used on tractor trailer/semi trucks or any truck with a load capacity exceeding that of a stock 1 ton truck.
