We ship all products clean and ready to mount on your Truck
Packing
Every order is carefully inspected and packed prior to shipping. We try our best to get all orders ship to you as soon as possible, some items may not be in stock and will need to be special order, if this is the case, we will let you know the estimated delivery time prior to processing the order. All items in stock will be ship the same or next day. Exception are for wheels and tires package can take up to 3 business days due to the labor involved. Shipping times are an estimated time, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Shipping charges are not refundable.
When your order is shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you the order has been shipped. There will be a tracking number issued that allows for easy monitoring of your order.
Upon delivery, the shipping carrier will notify us that your package has been received. At this time, our Return Policy will be in effect. If you need to return or exchange the item, please call (863) 875-0721 for a Return Authorization. We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new and un-mounted. Return will apply to any inventory items, special order items or non in stock items are not returnable. If you mount the wheels or install them on your car, they can not be returned. There are no returns on used or damaged merchandise, merchandise can not be returned with out a return authorization from HiSpeedImports and Domestics.
*Call (863) 875-0721 for a Return Authorization, 15 days on a unused product. A 20% restocking fee is applied on every return unless authorized. All returns must be approved before returning. All unauthorized returns will be shipped back to customer at their expense. Customer is responsible for roundtrip shipping cost.
HiSpeedImports and Domestics makes every effort in making sure that all products are properly prepared, packed and shipped to the customer. We will be responsible only if we shipped incorrect item, color or quantity and will also cover the shipping cost if this is the case.
HiSpeedImports and Domestics guarantees that your order will properly fit your vehicle specific year, make and model base in the information that you have provided us. If you are to have fitment problems we will take full responsibility by exchanging or refunding, at our sole and full discretion, your order. There will be no cost to you and we will even cover the shipping back and forth. We only use Top Quality Equipment to ensure that all wheel and tire package shipped to you will arrive ready to mount on your vehicle.
Return for Refund Credit or Cancellation Item amount will be calculated as follows:
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address. When returning wheels for credit, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to your account plus all freight charges to and from the receiver. This also applies to shipments that are refused or cancelled prior to shipping.
Shipping and labor are non-refundable. Any part or piece returned, must be done within 15 days. Beyond 15 days no returns are allowed.
For customers purchasing wheels only (no tires), once a tire is mounted on a wheel no returns will be allowed.
Wheels & Tires Package:
Credit less $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred. An additional 20% will be applied on the subtotal of order. Shipping and labor are non-refundable.
Special Order Items:
Special order items are not returnable, all items not in stock will be consider Special Order Items.
Orders shipped are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Shipping and Damage Claims:
All shipments are shipped insured. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local shipping carrier customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for inspection. The shipping carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to US. Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original package for return. Please call US to report the damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping company.
Tires:
All tires are covered by a manufacturer standard warranty, the standard warranty covers workmanship and materials. Basically, if a tire fails due to a manufacturing defect, it is covered. If a tire fails due to vehicle or driver issues, because of something on the road, or as the results of being driven flat, it is not covered.
Wheels, Suspension, Brakes and Others Products: are covered by a manufacturer standard warranty. The standard warranty covers workmanship and materials. Basically, if the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, it is covered. If the product fails due to vehicle or driver issues, because of something on the road, or as the result of being driven in abnormal conditions, it is not covered.
All products we provide for sale are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty Policy.
Tire and Wheel Package:
Please do not sell your vehicle wheels prior to mount and road test the new wheels, make sure that the new wheels fit and are trouble free before selling your old wheels. In the case of any problems with the new wheels you will be able to mount the old wheels on your vehicle. All Tire and Wheel packages ( With the exception of Semi Wheels Conversion Kit ) comes with Tires mounted and balance with our State of The Art Hunter TC-3250 Tire Changer and Hunter GSP 9700 Wheel Balancer with Road Force Measurement System, this will ensure that your wheels will arrive ready to mount on your vehicle.
HiSpeedImports and Domestics collects credit card information from you to process purchases. Reputable third-party financial institutions handle our credit card transactions.
Payments authentication processes are live, as well Verified by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Secure Code. These programs allow user to set up password authentication for their credit cards. Once they have established a password, they can authenticate themselves using this password at any participating site. The communication regarding Verified by Credit Cards Companies Secure Code password is done between the credit card holders and their issuing banks utilizing a secure web server. HiSpeedImports and Domestics is not involved in any of the communication regarding these passwords.
