    Terms & Conditions:

    You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a partial refund. Wheels without tires that are not custom made or special order or dropship from manufacturer can be return for a refund; refund will be as fallow: Total price minus shipping charges (Minimum $200.00) and 23% restocking fee. If tires were mounted on the wheels they are not returnable, we will not be able to take them back. Wheels & tire packages are not returnable. If you have any problems due to wrong product received or product does not fit, we will do everything needed to correct the problem as soon as possible. But that is not a reason for wanting to return product as it is something we can correct. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom made wheels that were special order are not returnable, as they were made for specific customer. If there is a problem, we will correct the problem.

    All products we sale have manufacturer Warranty, if any product is found to be defective we will need a picture or video that show the problem for us to be able to process warranty with manufacturer. We are not responsible or can cover any cost for having to remove tires from the rim, fuel expenses or any other cost that the customer incur due to a defective part. The part and shipping will be covered by Warranty but not the cost related to installation, labor, packing or fuel used in the process of getting the product ready for return.

    You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days after we have received the return and product has been inspected and found to meet return policy. Any damage found on any of the returned wheels will disqualify the item to be accepted for return and will have to be ship back to customer, costumer will be responsible to pay for shipping to return product back to customer.

    If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

    Shipping:

    1- We can ship only to US address, for international destinations please contact us, we are able to ship to a forwarding freight company.

    2- Average shipping time for wheels that are pre-made if they are in stock or available to ship from manufacturer please allow estimated 7 to 10 working days for delivery, wheel and tire packages that are in stock or available from manufacturer please allow estimated 2.5 to ship. Shipping time for custom made wheels will vary with manufacturer, we will advise customer of estimated production time at the time of ordering.

    3- Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. We are 90% of the times within the estimated time. We are not responsible for delays in shipping and this is not a valid reason to cancel an order and expect a refund.

    4- All products are shipped insured for the full amount, in the case of damage or lost during shipping we will have to fallow the claim process, we are not responsible for damage during transit and can not cover any cost for replacing product. The product is covered by the insurance.

    5- We guarantee the product is free of damage before shipping, the product is carefully inspected for shipping. At delivery please inspect the product with the delivery driver for damage or shortage before accepting the product, in the case of damage or shortage the driver will be a witness and can make the appropriate notes to file a claim with the shipping Co. If the damaged or shortage is found without the driver being present, it will be more difficult for the claim process. We are not responsible for damage or lost during shipping and can't cover any cost or replacement for parts, wheels, shipping, etc. We will file a claim on your behalf, but can not cover any lost or replacement of products. Freight carrier and Insurance Company are responsible for the freight once the order has left with carrier our facility.

    6- We pack everything very well to minimize any potential damage during shipping, honestly shipping damage is very rare but can happened.
