Terms & Conditions:
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a partial refund. Refund for wheels without tires that are not custom made will be as follows; total price minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee. Wheels & tire packages are not returnable. If you have any problems due to wrong product received or product does not fit, we will do everything needed to correct the problem as soon as possible. But that is not a reason for wanting to return product as it is something we can correct. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom made wheels that were special order are not returnable, as they were made for specific customer. If there is a problem, we will correct the problem.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days after we have received the return and product has been inspected and found to meet return policy.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
1- We can ship only to US address, for international destinations please contact us, we are able to ship to a forwarding freight company.
2- Average shipping time for wheels that are pre-made if they are in stock or available to ship from manufacturer please allow estimated 7 to 10 working days for delivery, wheel and tire packages that are in stock or available from manufacturer please allow estimated 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping time for custom made wheels will vary with manufacturer, we will advise customer of estimated production time at the time of ordering.
3- Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. We are 90% of the times within the estimated time.
4- We guarantee the product is free of damage before shipping, the product is carefully inspected for shipping. At delivery please inspect the product with the delivery driver for damage or shortage before accepting the product, in the case of damage or shortage the driver will be a witness and can make the appropriate notes to file a claim with the shipping Co. If the damaged or shortage is found without the driver being present, it will be very hard to file the claim with the shipping Co. We are not responsible for damage or lost during shipping and can't cover any cost or replacement for parts, wheels, shipping, etc. We will file a claim on your behalf, but can not cover any lost or replacement of products. Freight carrier is responsible for the freight once the order has left with carrier our facility.
