The Terra Grappler G3 features a reformulated all-season, long-life tread compound that's been molded into a symmetric pattern engineered to balance harsh weather capability with on-road comfort and even wear characteristics. A high-void pattern provides an ample supply of biting edges when the action moves off-road, and staggered, optimized tread blocks for continuous comfort on-road. Staggered scalloped shoulders help increase grip in gravel and loose terrain, and work in conjunction with multi-angle, high-density sipes for light snow traction that meets the tire industry's severe snow service requirements.
The internal construction features a robust 2-ply polyester body casing, further reinforced with twin steel belts that are capped with a nylon ply for enhanced high-speed composure and a 2-ply cap for LT-Metric sizes.
As with all Grappler tires, each Terra Grappler G3 tire features two unique sidewall designs. One side is a more traditional block shape while the other features a more aggressive blade style.
